What we collect

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, when you reach out to us or request a demo.
• Conversation data — text and voice interactions when you use our demo agents. This data is processed to provide the service and improve our platform.
• Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate page views and referral sources, not individual user profiles.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your enquiries, provide access to our demo platform, and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build profiles of you for third parties.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the platform:

• OpenAI — AI language model processing. Conversation content is sent to OpenAI for processing. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Twilio — telephony services for voice and SMS channels. See Twilio's privacy policy.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics. No personal data is collected. See Plausible's data policy.

Where your data is stored

Our servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Data is processed and stored within the European Union. We comply with both UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object — object to specific processing of your data.

Data retention

Conversation data from demos is retained for service delivery and platform improvement. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Contact information is retained for as long as we have a legitimate business relationship, and deleted on request.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics. Plausible Analytics works without cookies entirely.
